Granville helps dealers to save time and increase their service to customers. They are the first bike brand to add their warranty card in Velopass.

Granville services

Bicycles are delivered to the store with the Velopass QR code on the bicycle and the delivery box. With one scan, the dealer receives all bike specifications in their POS system.

When an Granville bike is sold, the client receives a digital passport with all bike store services connected. The warranty card is also automatically activated.

The client can access all their services, including the 2-year warranty, and maintenance reminders from their bike store.

Every bicycle is fitted with a Velopass ID that leads to your personal digital bike passport.

Scanning the QR code gives customers access to their bike passport, showing all contracts and services.

Customers can request an appointment, find their warranty card, or report their bicycle as stolen in case of theft.
