Cyclis Bike Lease

One of Belgium's leading leasing companies is the first to use Velopass, making dealer operations easier, improving service for cyclists, and protecting their fleet of leased bikes.

Exchange Partners

Bike dealers typically work with five different leasing partners, each with its own portal. To simplify and unify operations for bike stores, Cyclis adopted Velopass and encouraged other leasing providers to do the same.

Simplifying leasing

Each leased bicycle has a Velopass ID. Bike stores simply enter this ID with their leasing provider, and the bike and contract are automatically registered in Velopass.

Each bicycle is secured, and cyclists can access their services anytime by scanning the Velopass ID on their bicycle

During maintenance, bike dealers scan the Velopass ID to access key information, such as maintenance budget, allowing them to assist the customer immediately.

Scanning the QR code gives customers access to their bike passport, showing important information and services.

3

At maintenance, bike dealers can scan the Velopass ID and find all important lease information. This way they can help their customer instantly.
